Shipping policy

Contemporary Artworks releases fine-art prints on a made-to-order basis unless a product page states otherwise. Each print is produced after purchase through an approved fine-art production workflow. Because the work is made to order, production and shipping times may vary by artwork, print size, material, fulfillment route, destination, and order volume.

Shipping options, rates, and estimated timing for a specific order are shown at checkout. Published timing is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Orders may ship directly from an approved production partner or another approved fulfillment route. Tracking will be provided when available.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an address error is discovered, email Contemporary Artworks as soon as possible at ca@contemporaryartworks.org. Address changes may not be possible once production or fulfillment has begun.

Shipping Costs and Destinations

Shipping costs, available destinations, taxes, and duties are determined by the Shopify checkout setup and the approved fulfillment route.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges charged by the destination country or carrier. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless Shopify checkout explicitly states that duties and import taxes are collected at checkout.

Damaged Orders

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled, keep the packaging and artwork and email Contemporary Artworks promptly at ca@contemporaryartworks.org with your order number and clear photographs of the artwork, damage, and packaging. Damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled orders must be reviewed before replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
